After a breakup, it takes a couple weeks for the fog to settle, but it's always a period of self-priority and growth. Life presents you with so many decisions. A lot of times, they're right in front of your face and they're really difficult, but we must make them.

Everyone says that love hurts, but that's not true. Loneliness hurts, rejection hurts, losing someone hurts. Everyone confuses these things with love. But reality, Love is the only thing in this world that covers up all the pain and makes us feel wonderful again.

You know when you're in love, when you can't fall asleep, because reality is finally better than your dreams.  

You are my counterfeit mystery. My artificial company. My forged reality. My imaginary friend I can’t eradicate.

Our love of each other was like two long shadows kissing without hope of reality.

Love makes reality invisible and no one around you can understand why you do the things you do, for something that can cause you so much pain. Because you know after all the fighting, tears, and uncertainty, it's all worth it.

Love is possible only if two persons communicate with each other from the center of their existence, hence if each one of them experiences himself from the center of his existence. Only in this central experience is human reality, only here is aliveness, only here is the basis for love. Love, experienced thus is a constant challenge, it is not a resting place, but a moving, growing, working together, they are one with each other by being one with themselves.

Love is being honest with yourself at all times. Being honest with the other person at all times. Telling, listening, respecting the truth and never pretending. Love is the source of reality.
